Alyssa Hasty
Kerri student, 16, Glen Allen
Kerri is an excellent coach who helped me realize my full potential. She has always been willing to put in the extra time for her players. In working with her, I have seen improvements in my work ethic towards practices, warm-ups and games. Kerri taught me to believe in myself and my ability to succeed. Her professionalism, knowledge and pure love of the game make her a dedicated coach who gives 100% of herself. I will never be grateful enough for all she did for me. Thanks for everything Kerri. You're the BEST! |

Bob & Donna Ash
Parents of Emily Ash
Our daughter, Emily, has been taking pitching lessons from Kerri for 1 ½ years, and her skills have improved tremendously. Kerri has a great personality for coaching, and she knows when to demand excellence while making it a fun experience for her students. Kerri has a wealth of knowledge and not only understands pitching but understands the game very well. She’s a tremendous resource to draw upon and to enhance our daughter’s skills. We recommend Kerri for anyone who has an interest in becoming an accomplished pitcher.

Blair Meyers
(Mother of Lauren Meyers), Blackstone, VA
I first met Kerri at a tournament in the fall of 2001. My daughter Lauren had been pitching for about two years. Lauren had been taught to throw inside and outside but no one had ever shown her how to direct the ball and use the whole mound to her advantage. Every time we work with Kerri, I don’t feel like it’s just another pitching lesson but a real examination of where Lauren is at in her pitching and what she needs to work on. Kerri has a real positive approach with Lauren, but she is stern enough to push her when she needs to be pushed. I have always felt that Kerri really cares about Lauren as a person and as an athlete.
Kerri’s knowledge of the whole game of softball is a great asset for her pitching students. She makes them think about the game not just from a pitching standpoint but as a batter and defensive player too. She often puts Lauren in different situations and they talk about what pitch to throw and why. She has taught Lauren how to throw two different change ups, rise ball, two drop balls, off-speed and a screw ball. Lauren enjoys the lessons we have with Kerri. They are both fun and informative. Believe me, the amount of practice this position calls for better be fun or they won’t want to do it.
Kerri has done several clinics in my area. Everyone involved has been impressed with the smaller classes and special attention that she gives. She has worked with kids from 6-18 and older and has a great relationship with all of them. Kerri has also worked with my travel team (Midlothian Thunderstix ). She has helped us with not only pitching but catching, hitting and defense. Kerri really loves the game and you can really tell it when she is teaching, she is full of energy and information all you have to do is sit back and try to take it all in. Lauren and I have learned a great deal from Kerri and we look forward to continuing to work with her. Thanks Kerri!!!!

Kerri Cobb...phenomenal. Kerri has taught my daughters not only to be a great pitcher but to be great all around athletes by encouraging them to be the best that they can be, to always have a positive attitude, to give 110% and above all to have confidence in themselves. She has been a great inspiration to my daughters and has helped mold them into the great young ladies they are today.

Jessica Sullivan
Manchester H.S. Richmond Rampage 16U
My name is Jessica Sullivan and I have known Kerri Cobb for a little over two years. I first met her at one of her camps, which by the way was the best camp I have ever gone to. Kerri always takes the extra step to make sure her girls are getting the best instruction. Kerri has brought in top college coaches, high school coaches, and inspirational speakers. Kerri herself is a top notch pitching coach.
Now, I am not a pitcher myself, but I catch for a friend that goes to Kerri for lessons. She has a ton of knowledge for the game and you can tell that she loves working with us girls. I feel so comfortable around her. For instance if I am having a problem with hitting or fielding, I don’t feel tentative asking for her help! Kerri puts so much time and effort into her softball program and she cares for her girls as if they were her own. Kerri is a great role model for softball players and girls alike! |
